Announcement: Due to changes in transcript processing, EFFECTIVE July 1, 2020 the Registrar’s Office will be issuing a price increase on all Official Transcripts that are requested via paper form. (This includes all orders that are mailed in or brought in to our office.) The new price will be $20.00 cash/check/money order per official transcript.

Orders that are placed online through the National Student Clearinghouse will NOT experience a price increase.

Due to COVID-19, the Registrar’s Office is closed until further notice. Employees will be working remotely. The best way to reach our office during this time is via our office email at registrar@sf.edu. Please read below for additional important updates:

SPRING 2020 DIPLOMAS: The Registrar’s Office plans to mail all spring graduate’s diplomas before mid-May. Unfortunately, students will not be permitted to pick-up diplomas from the office. Please note that this timeline is subject to change. We will continue to give updates as they are available to our office. Additionally, if your mailing address has recently changed, please notify our office immediately at registrar@sf.edu.

TRANSCRIPTS: Until further notice, the Registrar’s Office cannot mail physical copies of official/unofficial transcripts. Students will also not be permitted to pick-up transcripts from the office during this time. Please visit www.getmytranscript.com to request an official, electronic copy. The office will be fulfilling these requests remotely. To request an unofficial, electronic copy, please complete the transcript request form.

REGISTRATION: For any questions or concerns regarding student registration, please first contact your academic advisor. If they are not able to assist you, they will forward your question or concern to our office.

PHONE CALLS: If you would prefer to speak with someone over the phone, please call our office at 230.399.8061 and leave a voicemail. Someone from the Registrar’s Office will return your call as soon as they are able to. Otherwise, please send all questions and requests to our office email at registrar@sf.edu. Please note that our email volume will likely increase during this time, and we will be doing our best to respond in a timely manner. We thank you in advance for your patience and flexibility!

MAIL SERVICES: Please note that we will not have access to mail services during this time. Please send all requests to registrar@sf.edu when possible. Otherwise, we will take care of any mailed requests that come through when we return to the office.
